Where are all the features Apple promised?

Hey Siri doesn't work for me. Handoff isn't functional till Yosemite. Apps haven't updated for interactive notifications (at least for the apps I use). They had shown certain photo apps that are able to import things such as photo filter settings and such - absent. So basically we traded 7.1.2 for a buggier version with quick reply? Nice...

Hey Siri works, handoff works between iPhones and iPads, interactive notifications work (your app maker needs to update their apps), and third party photo editing apps do work within the native photo's app.

Only thing you are waiting on is your app developers and Yosemite for handoff to work with a Mac (which everyone knew from the beginning).
