Title says it all. And i have a problem with my user/library/pref It is around 60mb but keeps going down to 28?

1. I can't go to any sites, except macrumors and isitdown.
2. All my Safari Extensions got removed.
3. All of my Terminal Settings were reset.
4. My screenshot location was reset.
5. I Can't use App Store.
6. Every Application acts like I'm using it for the first time. My settings are still there in most cases though.
7. Almost none of my Wrappers work
Im thinking this is some kinda plist problem or what?
Did you by chance rename your user folder? Check /Users/ to see if you have more than one folder.
Nope, i figured it out, i had for some reason no access to my user/library/ folder and i restored the whole thing from a backup 2 hours ago. I could have enabled access but my files got messed up so i had to restore it.
