Hi, I had to get a new Macbook Pro since my old one died completely. I have TM backups and instead of restoring from a backup, I did a restore on another computer, copied the files I wanted and started clean on the new computer (the old one had TONS of crap on it). Everything is working but I don't know where the mail folders I stored locally were kept on the old HD? I have some program licenses I need in those folders. Any help is appreciated.

Thx

Which file in there? It looks like a lot of language packs. Nothing with size.

Thx

Now with Lion they are hidden somewhere.

Okay that makes sense why I can't see anything. Hmm..

Ok. Sorry. in 10.7.3 my library is no longer hidden.

Click on the finder toolbar and while holding down the option key click on go > library.

I'm able to see the library to begin with. There is nothing of MB in my Mail folder.

Thanks anyway.

I mean there are still there, but they are hidden.
Open the terminal and browse your user folder library and inside mail there will be a folder v2, inside it are all your emails.

To navigate use 'ls' to list and 'cd' to change directories.

ls
cd library
cd mail
cd v2
ls
