Where are my bookmarks located in iFile?

I have this issue with safari on my iPad not syncing my bookmarks from my iPhone and Mac. I feel like the bookmarks are messed up and want to delete them from the root of my iPad, then try enabling iCloud hoping that'll fix it. Where are my bookmarks located though?

I downloaded iFile. I googled and people say go to var/mobile/library/iFile/bookmarks.plist except this iFile folder is empty and bookmarks.plist isn't in here?
