Where are my video files stored on my iPhone? Var -> Mobile -> Media -> then what?

I have videos I downloaded with ProTube (jailbreak app) that are now in my stock Videos application. I want to copy them from my iPhone to my computer with iExplorer but I cannot find the directory they are in and was wondering if anyone knew?

I usually go to Var -> Mobile -> Media -> then some place but I've looked all over and googled the question and searched the forum but couldn't find an answer.

Please help =(

B.T.W. I'm not talking about videos my iPhone camera took. I mean videos you would see in the videos app NOT the photos app.

Try to search any files *.mp4 with help of iFile from the root folder.
