Does anyone know where the preferences for OS X Extensions (accessed from Settings > Extensions) are stored?

The reason I ask is because on at least two occasions now my Extensions settings have reset to the default, as have the Today screen and Notifications in Notification Center. I do not know what I am doing that is causing them to reset (or if there is a bug).

I am running 10.11.4 GM.

They are in this user library folder. Triple click the line below to select it, then right click, then in the Services menu select Reveal in Finder and that will open the folder for you.

Code:
~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage
