But my question is who has the best rates in the world? It seems like I have heard the least number of complaints from GB. Honestly, the US rates don't seem too bad when compared to the others.
The thing that makes it difficult is the fact that at&t has unlimited data, whereas majority of the other services have very limited data. In america we aren't used to conserving out data usage because all of our internet has unlimited use. So I don't really know how much data relates to how much internet time. I might actually prefer a limited data amount if that would mean only $15 instead of $30...
