So maybe I've completely missed out on something important over all these iPhone 5S leaks, but does anyone know if Apple is setting up banners at the designated place they're having the event at?

I happen to remember last year's (which was rather intriguing), but what's going on this year??

Heck, even for the iPhone 4S event they had a little banner! For two new devices, you'd think they'd put up a banner, no?

The difference this year is that they have doubled down on secrecy.
That means we'll have to wait later today for the banners.

If I remember correctly, the banners at Apple HQ for the 4S release didn't go up, or at least weren't visible, until the morning of the event.

When they hold events outside their HQ (usually at Yerba Buena, or Moscone) we see the banners going up a few days before..

I take it you are being sarcastic since this year's event has leaked pretty much all the details of the 5S and 5C besides the price point and who's getting them.

"brighten your day" and the white background with the colored dots is emphasizing iOS 7. Period. The banner matches the theme of iOS 7.

AirDrop will be a biggie among the crowd. But, only on new iPhones/iPads, iPhone 5, newest iPod touches, iPad 4 & maybe mini, no other older idevices will do AirDrop.
