Where are the motion wallpapers?

No word about motion wallpapers at the keynote. Is it possible that they show up in the iOS 9 release?
 
They said that you could capture a "live image" and use it as a motion wallpaper on your 6S. But I think the other ones (fish ones) are part of iOS 9.
