Where are the notes stored on iCloud

iPhone lets you sync notes on your iPhone, but it it doesn't show-up anywhere on icloud.com, so where does it sync?

There's a notes section in the email.

Where is the notes section located in mail?

Log into iCloud mail and look for the notes folder.

It shows Notes folder in mail but its empty, although I have sync notes turned on on iPhone. Also it lets you change the name of Notes folder in mail, so I am wondering was it created after syncing and why it allows to change the folder name?

Mine isn't empty, my notes all sync and as to why you can change the name, why don't you ask Apple?
