Where are the Ocean screensavers in tvOS 13?

Are they only available if you have a 4K TV? I have the ATV 4K connected to a 1080p TV. Wonder if that is why I can see the underwater screensavers.
No, I have my Apple TV 4K hooked up to my Vizio M-Series 4K display and I have no option for any kind of underwater screensaver
As far as I can gather, they will be part of the old Aerial screensavers and will just randomly appear at some point?
FFS how difficult can it be to give the user some controls over this stuff. There are like 20 different settings for the Ken "cut people's heads off photos" Burns theme screensaver and none for Aerial.

You're correct. I just checked via the screensaver preview that I have one of the underwater screensavers (fur seals). My selection is still Aerial.

Under the Sea Themed Screen Savers
are available under the Aerial setting.
Change your setting to daily for now so it can download the new ones sooner.
Switch to a different location
While an Aerial is playing, you can switch between locations on your Apple TV. Just swipe right or left on the Touch surface of your Apple TV Remote.
If you're listening to music on your Apple TV while an Aerial is playing, tap the right or left side of the Touch surface to play the next or previous song.
You can't choose a specific Aerial to play on your Apple TV. But you can set how often new Aerials are downloaded. Just go to Settings > General > Screen Saver and select Download New Video.

Is there any way to delete any of the currently loaded screensavers? I checked last night and I beleive I ahve about 40 different scenes I can scroll through, not including any of the oceanic ones. Some of them I am just tired or, others aren't that appealing. I have the 64GB model so I am likely ok on storage but still wouldn't mind a way to delete some.
