So when you connect your iPhone to a new computer, it needs to be synched first to be able to add music and videos.

So after synchng the iPhone, I noticed that mac created copies of the music files that I added on iPhone at Music>iTunes>iTunes Media>Music..

Does mac creates copies of your camera roll and other albums too after the first synched? if so, where can I find them? Thanks

It opens iPhoto and you'll see your iPhone as an external device. You can extract the pics and save them to your Mac and/or delete them off the phone. Or just do nothing and they remain in your Camera Roll.

You then have to select pictures/albums/events on your Mac that you wish to sync to your iOS device. This is done under the pictures tab that comes up in iTunes when your iPhone is plugged in.
