I want to delete a plist in Lion but can't find where the plists are.
In S/L I would go to my Library and Preferences and find them there.
I've googled it but the posts I've found are a bit sketchy and don't really tell me much.
I've also searched in Spotlight but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know where they are hiding?

The plist is for the application Writeroom, if that helps.

Was looking for them as well... best is to use an app like AppCleaner when getting rid of an installation. AppCleaner finds the plists.

In most cases, app removal software doesn't do a thorough job of deleting files/folders related to deleted apps. For more information, read this.
