Where are these folders you speak of???

I have no clue how to acccess folders to change app icons, change clocks, etc... You know, all the cool things to do. Are these folders on the phone itself? I swear I've looked in settings, winterboard and cydia (well not all of cydia, there's a lot in there) and I can't seem to find what people are referring to.

Do I need to connect the phone to my computer to access this stuff?

install openssh in cydia

use putty to change password from defauly "alpine"

use winSCP on your computer to connect to your iphone

browse files as needed. be careful.
