where are toolbar settings saved for Word 2008?

In the old days -- Word 2004 and previous -- there was a Normal file found in Microsoft User Data folder found in documents, but no longer (unless I'm missing something). I customized my Word 2008 toolbar but now can't find the file to restore. I asked this question in Mactopia and see that someone else asked the same question about a year ago, but neither of us has received an answer. Hoping that someone in the MacRumours forum can help....
