I am running MS Access on Windows XP on Virtual PC 7 on an iMac 10.4.11. I want to backup my MS Access files to iDrive for off site Internet storage. I don't know how to locate these files in the Finder Window on my mac. Can someone help me understand where they are?
Thanks!!

Is it in Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Documents maybe?

You could use Disk Inventory X, OmniDisk Sweeper or GrandPerspective to look for folders / files that are quite big.

Thanks!

That really helped. I used Easy Find and could locate the file. Interestingly, it is only housed on the mac as a linked file to the virtual pc. I'm glad I discovered this so that I can be sure to copy the full file onto the mac.
