Where are widgets stored?

Recent switcher here (loving it so far). If I install a widget on my Mac, where is it actually stored? For instance, I have friends with Macs and some of them have widgets I want and I already have some they want - how can we transfer them between our computers? Thanks!

How are you finding Leopard compared to Vista?, is to faster?

How are you finding Leopard compared to Vista?, is to faster?

It's definitely faster, but I still like Vista. OSX is a superior operating system, but people complain about Vista far too much. I'll be installing it using Parallels as soon as my bank account recovers from the MBP puchase.
