I'm looking into buying my father a premium club membership that includes shipments of cigars, beers, and wines. Since PayPal can ban your account for purchasing cigars and they have strict policies against alcohol, I'll need to purchase a Visa/MasterCard/etc. gift card to buy the membership as a gift for my dad for Father's Day.
Where can I find these sort of Visa/MasterCard gift cards online to purchase with PayPal? I've only seen them on eBay at much higher prices than the card's actual value. I hope there is a merchant online somewhere that I'm missing that sells these and accept PayPal. And yes, Father's Day really is in less than two weeks. And no, your dad doesn't want a lame last minute gift
