Where can i buy support power film in Europe?

I am living in Belgium, but since belgium apple stores do not sell iphones yet, they do not have support power film... i was going to buy it from power support website, but shipping itself would cost 80 US dollars, for something that costs 15 USD.

Anyone know any other means of purchasing support power film?

$80! You need to double check this. When I ordered two from the company's own website in October (see below) there was no charge for shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
