where can i by a legit unlocked iPhone 3GS from?

I am in the US and under AT&T. I am tired of having my phones locked. Is there anywhere in the US that i can buy a factory unlocked iPhone 3GS from? This way I will be unlocked and still be able to update to all future software updates w/o jailbreaking my phone.

Your best bet is probably eBay after a few weeks the 3GS is realeased of course. Hopefully they wont be that expensive. Wouldn't mind upgrading my 8GB 1Gen to the 32GB model.
