Mac OSX 10.5 cannot be downloaded legally anywhere. It's a paid for OS release. You can buy it from Apple or any genuine reseller.

downloading osx? safely? that's piracy and you won't get help here.
Buy it at an Apple store. The retail 10.5 works fine on iBook G4.
