Where can I download PhotoBooth?

I was just wondering where I can download PhotoBooth, where you can take pictures with diffrent effects, I am unable to find anything on Google, anyone know where I can download/buy it, and if I was to buy it, roundabout how much would it cost?

You cannot download or buy it. It is pre-installed on any Mac with a built in iSight camera and is not available or licensed for use on any other Mac.

I have heard otherwise . . . I have seen sites where you can download it from, but I am not able to download it as the page cannot be found . . . but there are comments on it stating that the did download it . . .
Any Other Suggestions?
