Where can I find More photobooth/ichat effects?

I already downloaded the "moreichateffects" one. but are there any other ones??

Also, how do I use the "drag background here" effect? I don't get it.

It works like the other background swapping things, the roller coaster and so forth. Just drag any image (or movie?) file into the Photo Booth window and you're set.
