Where can I find the icons in my Mac?

Hello,

I would like to have copies of the mail stamp and keychain icons to use when I upgrade to Big Sur. Is there an easy way to copy maybe a full folder of icons and replacing the ones I don't like in Big Sur?

EDIT: I found the icons inside their app folders.
