I am trying to remove the bottom-right 3 icons. I've looked through my Applications folder and can't seem to find their respective links / apps anywhere.

They come from Adobe Photoshop CC (which I'm trying to remove from my machine).

Any ideas where else I can look?

I believe Adobe has an uninstaller, have you tried running that?

It does, yes. But it doesn't seem to work unless I upgrade it to Adobe's awful Creative Cloud installer.

Let me try that...

I see you have Bridge CS6 installed. Whatever installed Bridge also installed those, so until you remove all the CS6 applications, you'll see those.
