Well, I know I'm late to the game here but I need to upgrade from Photoshop 7 to a version that'll run on Snow Leopard. That means PS CS3. Unfortunately, at present I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I'm seeing CS4 for $600 (I can't do the upgrade there), and CS5 retails for $100 more than that.
FWIW, I have the latest Pixelmator and have tried Acorn and GIMP. I need Photoshop. I use CS2 at work on my PC and it's a fine app. (FWIW, I found a CS2 upgrade - for $200 - but that's not Intel-native.)
Any ideas or suggestions welcomed and appreciated!
