Where can I find what iPhone item numbers mean?

I recently got my iPhone 5 back from repairs after getting the sleep/wake button replaced. The email I received after the phone was returned to me included a small list of iPhone parts that were replaced. Unfortunately, I'm only given item numbers with no description. Does anyone know where I can figure out what parts were replaced? The item numbers are:

• 605-3371
• 605-3898
• 605-3912
• 605-4027
