Where can I found umount for iPhone?

I sold my iPhone on ebay and would like to wipe my phone of data. This walkthrough asks for umount for iPhone. I have no idea what that is, where can I get it. I have both a Mac and Windows Vista laptops.

Google unmount for iphone.

I've never heard of this though. Just restore it. Unless the new user is a forensic scientist they aren't going to be going after your data.
