Anybody know where I can get these screws? I need four of them. They hold the base of the iMac G4, so if you try to lift it up and move it the whole bottom will come apart.

Here's one source:
http://www.usedmac.com/products/922-5104-imac-g4-15-17-bottom-housing-screws-4-pcs-t-15
That's the correct Apple part number: 922-5104 for a set of 4 screws for about $9
Looks like a good price, but you can search elsewhere, too.
Quick search showed that you can find those for nearly 30 dollars (for 4 screws o_O )

I would also be concerned, because if the bottom housing comes loose, then you also don't have a good connection for the heat sink, which will mean a short life for the CPU.
Be sure to reapply the thermal paste when you get those bolts in place.

Thanks for the link DeltaMac. That looks like a good price too.

I had it the G4 apart about a year ago when I put it's original hard drive back in. I don't remember any thermal paste being on there. It probably all melted away being so old.
