iPhone 15 Pro Max where can i get a brand new unlocked 15PM

Where can i get the brand new unlocked version of 15 PM now ?
I am also fine with getting the certified refurbished from apple.com but right now i only see 13 & 14 pro series listed on it. Any idea when do they list 15 PM on it ?
 
My bad, I am looking for this in US
I either want brand new or refurbished only from apple but not third party refurb phones.
when do we get the 15 PM on certified refurbished site on apple.com?

I will be in US for 3 weeks around Feb , Meanwhile if i get a certified refurb or any carriers links i will place an order and ship it to my friend who stays in NC

Verizon and all the major carriers still have it. They are locked though.

Please note that all iPhone for the US market support eSIM and don't have a SIM slot / tray.
