Where can I get a custom printed hard case for macbook pro?

My best friend is a dj so uses his macbook pro on a daily basis. I want to get him a custom designed macbook cover with his logo printed on for christmas.

He currently has a clear plastic case and I want to get one like this with the added design. I don't want to go down the skin route as he doesn't like to alter the mac itself.

Anyone have any ideas? I once found a website that offered this but now I can't remember it!

That could work. I just thought it would look better actually printed on.

even at that i think you will find it easier to buy the hard shell seperate than outsouce a company to alter that, than find a company that essentially does both.
