Where can I get a good gauge on custom-built resale value?

For curiosity sake, I went to apple.com and configured an Mac Mini M4 Pro 24GB/1TB/10Eth port and the price came to 1,700 before taxes. I'm not sure what you paid for yours but that's the current going rate.

I don't think there's a wide audience for a Mac Mini with such high specs. I'm assuming to garner interest you'll need to really reduce the price beyond what you're willing to accept.

Sadly, to put it another why, top tier Macs do not hold their value in the secondary market.
