Do you mean a physical device or an app? The app store has many such offerings, but if you want a device that attaches to your mac, that's a different (and more expensive) way of achieving this.

No need to be sorry, I didn't even look at the Mac App Store (MAS)offerings, just used Google to find that old software and looked for the RTW hardware.

Then look at the MAS.
I found something from appstore that cost like 50 bucks or something, too expensive for a simple level meter. I'm thinking of 10 to 20 bucks.
