as my wireless internet download speed is slow, i wanna download the quicktime 7 .dmg file through pc. however, everytime i go to the download page of apple official website, it shows quicktime 7 for windows! could someone give me a site to download quicktime 7 for macbook pro? thx so much

If you use a PC, Apple's website will default to the windows version...

thx so much, i just need that .dmg file. btw, as i just use mac os from couple days ago, can i install this program by drag this .dmg file right to the application or i need to double click this file to make installation?

QuickTime is part of MacOS X. Therefore, it is preinstalled. To update QuickTime and the rest of your OS, run Software Update.

If you insist on downloading and running the standalone QuickTime updater, then you will need to run the installer. QuickTime is much more than a standalone app and cannot be installed via drag & drop.
