you could ask the author of the site how he made it. Also, yes, i do want apple to make a pro web authoring app. that would be cool : great updated templates from iWeb, combined with the compatability and intuitive interface of macromedia dreamweaver = fantasticness

I Do think apple will release one as they have pro counterparts for all of the other ilife 06 apps

Well, if you look in the comments on the page the Generator meta tag says it was made in RapidWeaver.
