I have heard that professional installation is available at Best Buy or the Apple Store, but do you have to purchase the shield there or can I bring in my own? Does anyone recommend one place over the other? Do you happen to know how much they charge? Thank you!

Best buy does it; some mall kiosks do it.

You should be sure you really want the product before you spend your money on it. A lot of people don't like it (including me) and it's not returnable.

The new zagg HD is great, feels like glass & no orange peel that i can see

Only problem like any crystal protector you have to keep cleaning the screen , finger prints & oil everywhere all the time

I want to try that sgp glast but is $70, damn that

Zagg HD is fine, go for it

I live near Greenville, SC, and we have an Apple Store nearby. Will they do it if I didn't buy it from them?

I bought a used iPad with a Zagg already installed two years ago and it's worked great.

Best Buy charges $15, not worth it. With the solution and squeegee its really not hard, just don't be afraid to use a lot of the solution, just dont squeegee it out into the dock connector or headphone jack. When it's nice and wet it's really easy to position it, then slowly squeegee the solution out, then let it dry the rest of the way.
