srsly don't go bonkers with grounds effects and spoilers - they really look pretty dumb. I'm more of a "subtle changes" kind of guy. There a lot of little things you can dress up a car with that make an overall difference without being ostentatious.
 
Less is more. Shave the emblems, for any body stuff you add make sure it is simple. Just because something exists and is shiny does not mean it needs to be on the car.

Find yourself a SR20DET to build and swap in and well as a limited slip differential.
 
I've always liked the cars off Rob and Big/Fantasy factory the best.

It's a 1996 Nissan Altima. Save your money.

Pimping out your 96 Altima is about as futile as pimping out my 97 "Plymouth" Neon. When I bought it, the previous owner and riced it out with a LOT of tacky things that I am still trying to reverse. The only thing he DID get right was the window tinting and sweet black rims! So honestly, getting some sweet rims and window tint could do the trick.
