Where can I sell my 2011 Macbook Pro?

bought july 12 2011 from local apple store

I don't need the mobility of a laptop and would prefer to get one of the 27" iMacs. The computer is in pristine condition and has only been taken outside of the house a handful of times.

Is ebay the best option?
mac2sell comes back with a price around $1100

mac2sell seem to be pretty low in their estimates, I just ran my brand new macbook air 11" through it and was quoted £430 which is about half the retail price.

Try craigslist, but be careful - meet in person in public place and don't even reply to e-mails from people who want it shipped (they ar always scams).

With 8gb ram I'd guess around $900 but be willing to negotiate.
