Where can I watch something full HD like a trailer or something?

Apple's trailers app says it supports HD in the description under Product Features when I pull it up in itunes. I haven't tried it on my iPad yet, but here is a link.

Some HD trailers are better than others for demonstrating the detail potential of the Retina Display; try the Disney trailer "Chimpanzees".
Do you guys mean YouTube.com or the app? And don't get what you mean 4k?

4K is the new HD and it is what digital films are recorded in these days: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4K_resolution
For Youtube HD you'll have to view it in your Safari Browser or similar.

I went into the YouTube app on my 4S & searched for "4K". The first 3 videos to show up are some that I watched with my Mac. Even if the iPad can't display the full resolution, it should scale to the Pad's full display capability.
