Where can streaming settings be seen?

I used to be able to swipe down from the top to see if it was streaming in 4K and what the audio options where…now I can’t find it anywhere.

Did they change the layout?

Not to mention I’m watching See and the audio is Stereo PCM and I have my Sonia Arc setup with surround sound. No idea why Dolby Atmos isn’t working anymore.
