i'm trying to find a blank .ipa file, someone has to know how to get them, right? Another question, do you make the blank file or is it a download or something.

go to the mobile applications folder for your ipa's copy one open with a zip program and delete all contents tada blank ipa.
unless you mean u need a blank app space on ipod then in that case cydia has blank apps
