Where did all of my email addresses go????

Just tried to send an email. I use the Apple Mail program. So anyway I went to send an email and none of my email addresses autofill anymore. Where could they have gone? Any ideas how I can get them back?

Can we get more details? Where they in your address book? Did you change any system settings?

Didn't change any system settings I can think of and they weren't in an address book they were just inmbedded in the Mail Program so they autofilled when I typed a letter or two. I guess I'll just have to send a mass email to get them back into the memory of the Mail Program. I don't know where the Mail Directory is to see if they're still there.
