I transferred a bunch of pictures from my Powerbook to my Mini over the wireless network in my house. Now on the Mini, there are no files listed in the folder I transfered over. However, when I perform a "Get Info" on the folder itself, it says there's 53mb worth of files in there! What's going on and how do I retrieve my pictures!?

Weird, what does Terminal say about it? Launch Terminal and type:
Code:
ls -la /Users/<your name>/<...>/<folder where you dragged pictures to>/
There is an "Invisible" bit that you can set for files, maybe that got turned on for some strange reason. If the files list in Terminal, try opening one with XRay and see if the invisible bit is set.

Try grabbing a random file from somewhere else and dropping it in there. I sometimes have had troubles in Tiger where upon unstuffing an archive it generates an empty folder, until I drop something else in there, and then they all magically appear! This might be a similar problem.

Hope it helps.
