Where did my settings for syncing Mail / Calendar / Contacts etc. in iTunes go?

Hi again, I'm really making myself look like a noob here, but I can't figure out what's going on. I'm setting my phone up as new just to start fresh, but I don't see the boxes to manage my mail / calendars, etc.
 
Looks like with 10.9 Mavericks I have to use iCloud for managing this information. Ugh. I hate iCloud.
