Where did my subfolders go?

I can see my subfolders in OWA but I just lost them in Mail for Mac. I had them there but for some reason they just arent showing up. I have rebuilt the mailbox and that didnt help. I am using Lion. Any suggestions?
 
Anyone have any ideas? a day ago they were visible in my Mail app. Not anymore yet I know they still exist.
