Where do I download the distribution certificate?

I've been looking for the past hour and for the life of me I CANNOT find where to download a distribution certificate to make the .p12 file for my app.

I've paid my 100 bucks and signed up, but I cant figure out where to download it!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

log into developer.apple.com

go to ios provisioning

create a certificate both dev and distribution

then create the app id if not already

under provisioning tab, create a developer certificate for that app id

under provisioning tab, create a distribution cert for that app id

download them both with the download link next to the cert.

In the provisioning portal. There are clear instructions there.
