Where do I find my Bookmarks & Contacts?

During my winter break I'm going to be erasing my HD and reinstalling my operating system. I currently use firefox and I want to find the folder that contains all my bookmarks so that I can save them to my external HD until i reinstall the new operating system. I also want to do the same thing with my mail contacts, so where do I find these folders? Thanks.

Launch Address Book>File>Export
