Where do i install my iWeb Themes?

I downloaded a couple of themes from oswd.org and there just files, they arent .dmg, just files. where am i suppose to put these files for it to show up in iWeb? anything as soon as possible would be great, i googled it but im not finding anything.

yeah i tried that already but and i put in the themes in there and stuff but its not showing up in iweb..
