Where do i place my icons for categories?

Hi all, im using categories on my theme plus categoriesSB, now when i put my apps in categories the icons to my apps are the original but i want to change them for other icons just not sure where to place the icons, for example ive put iProtect in categories - favorites so where do i place my new icon for iProtect? months ago im really sure i had this issue and i found the folder but no luck this time, any help will be much appreciated.
