Where Do I put Movies managed manually?

Okay, I have Cyberduck, Phone Disk, et al...
My question - I want to manually manage my own movies and music...

When I log onto the root, where do I go to upload the movies myself? Same question with Music?

I have used iPhone Explorer in the past, but now I am on a Mac.
